Any general enquiries can be emailed to - these may include questions about a product or item, sizing, changing account details or ZIN member enquiries.

As we want to answer your questions as soon as possible, we ask that you respectfully avoid messaging the personal Facebook pages of staff members as this may delay your query being answered in our standard time frame.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are experiencing problems or receiving error messages please take a screenshot of your device or computer screen where possible, and send this with your email or message to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
