  • Log in first and click 'Check ZIN Status' on the menu bar

  • Enter your details, including your ZIN Username which can be found on zumba.com as per the image.

  • If the details do not match those held on your zumba.com/ZIN account your registration will be denied and you will need to update your details to match.

UPDATING YOUR DETAILS:
  • To update your password to match zumba.com click 'forgot your password' on the log in page and a password reset email will be sent to you.

  • To update your email address to match zumba.com please email info@zumbashop.com.au with the subject line "Update ZIN information' and include your full name, old email address and new email address and this will be updated for you.

  • To update your shipping/billing address and/or phone number please log in, click 'Account' on the menu bar, click 'view addresses' and edit/delete as necessary.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Your ZIN username can be found when logging in to your zumba.com account as per the image.

  • ZIN Discount will show on product prices when your ZIN status has been successfully applied and you are logged in to the website.

  • Sale items do not attract ZIN discount.

  • Your email address and password must always match zumba.com.

  • If you change any information on zumba.com you must update your account on our website.


If your account is still not registering even though all your details match those held on your zumba.com account, please make sure that your ZIN membership is ‘In good standing’ and you do not have any lapsed payments and your credit card number does not need updating. You can check this via zumba.com.
