You will see there are different sections to order from on our site. Orders for items from the SALE or READY TO SHIP categories are located in Australia. These items will take approximately 1 week to arrive if you live in Australia and up to 3 weeks if you live in New Zealand.
Orders for items from the SPECIAL ORDERS category are specially ordered for each customer. These items will take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive if you live in Australia and up to 5 weeks if you live in New Zealand.
Occasionally there can be additional wait times due to unforeseen delays from Zumba Home Office. However, we always endeavour to ship Special Orders as soon as possible and will always contact you if there will be any delays outside of these approximations.
If we receive your order by 8pm EST your order will be shipped the following business day for items from our Australian warehouse. Special orders will be placed, then shipped once they arrive.
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday - Friday) and we cannot specify or define deliveries to be made at certain times.
We can ship to all addresses, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
A tracking email for all parcels will be sent to you when your parcel has been dispatched so that you may track it via the Australia Post online tracking service.
If you are not at the shipping address to sign for your parcel, a card will be left from the delivery driver stating where and when your parcel can be collected. We take no responsibility for these items and it is the responsibility of the consignee to retrieve them within the time frame specified on the card.
Special delivery requests can be noted in the 'Whats In Your Bag' page when you place your order on our website however we take no responsibility for items left on any premises. This is the responsibility of the consignee if they wish to have their packages left for them unsigned.
If the package is returned to us for any reason not the fault of Zumbashop Australia, such as it was not collected from an Australia Post or other delivery outlet after a failed delivery attempt, or there is a wrong or insufficient address, you will be responsible for any shipping and penalty fees incurred from Australia Post for returned parcels.
If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email and will re-ship this to you at your expense.
All shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credits.
For your protection all parcels within Australia are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Orders placed over 4 months (from ordering) will not be able to be tracked and is the responsibility of the consignee to enquire within this time frame if the order has not been delivered for any reason during this time. Failure to communicate via email within this time frame will warrant the consignee responsible for searching and locating of order and Zumbashop will not be responsible for reimbursement nor compensation.
TONING STICKS & BULKY ITEMS
An additional shipping fee applies to orders of Toning Sticks and other bulky items, both within Australia and all overseas countries. Please send us an email for a shipping quote to email@example.com prior to placing your order.
Zumbashop Australia currently ship to the following International countries;

Papua New Guinea
The above countries will receive orders in approximately 3 weeks for Australian warehouse items, and 6 weeks for Special Orders.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post International Airmail with tracking.
Shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the destination country.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
