Under our Return Policy, you can return any unused merchandise (excluding accessories) you purchase on zumbashop.com.au within 10 business days of the delivery date for exchange or credit (excluding shipping). Returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent in. This means it must be clean and free from smells and marks, unworn, unused and have the tags attached where applicable. Shoes must be returned in the box they were sent in, inside an approved post bag, and must not have postage stamps, stickers or any other item placed on the box.
NO REFUNDS available for items unless defective or faulty (see defective merchandise below).
TICKETS for Events are FINAL and are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your goods to enquire if the item you would like to exchange for is available.
Return postage costs for an exchanged item/s is the responsibility of the customer. No exchanged items will be sent without prior payment of additional postage costs. You may also include an appropriately sized, pre-paid Australia Post satchel for us to send your exchanged item to you in if you prefer.
Credits: We will issue you with a credit e-gift card code to use on your next order. This gift card code will be emailed to you on receipt of the returned goods and instructions will be contained in the email on how to redeem it. The code will have an expiry date of 12 months from date of creation. If you delete the email with your code please email us and we will re-issue the code providing it is still within the expiry timeline. Any codes not used within the 12 month expiry timeframe will not be re-issued.
Accessories: Accessories are not exchangeable and are non-refundable unless defective, due to health and safety regulations.
Defective Merchandise: If an item is verified as defective or does not match the description of the product when received, or becomes faulty at first instance, through no fault of your own, we will either refund or exchange the item at our discretion.
Under the TRADE PRACTICES ACT 1974, you may seek a refund if goods:
are or become faulty through no fault of your own at first instance
are not fit for the stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff prior to purchase
don’t match our description or sample
have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention
Price Adjustments: No price adjustments will be made for customers who purchase Zumbawear items at full price, if the same merchandise at a later date is offered on sale.
