CONTACTING ZUMBASHOP CUSTOMER CARE
There are several ways for you to contact us depending on what you need information about. Please find the one below that best suits your question.

Any general enquiries can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org - these may include questions about a product or item sizing, changing account details or ZIN discount.
You can also contact us with general enquiries via personal message to our Zumbashop Australia Facebook Page, however we encourage questions to be emailed for a faster response.
Any enquiries about past or present orders can be emailed to email@example.com - these may include questions about returning an item/s from your order, tracking your order or making changes to an order.
Our Customer Care team are available Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm and endeavour to answer all emails within 24 business hours. If your query is particularly urgent please include the word URGENT in your subject line. Please also include as much detail about your query as possible to help us answer you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As we want to answer your questions as soon as possible, we ask that you respectfully avoid messaging the personal Facebook pages of staff members as this may delay your query being answered in our standard time frame.

CREATING ACCOUNTS, LOGGING IN AND NAVIGATING THE NEW ZUMBASHOP WEBSITE.
If you were an existing customer on the OLD Zumbashop website an account has been created for you on our new website.
An account invitation email will have been sent to you with a link to activate your account and set your password. If you did not receive this please check your junk/spam folder first, then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the account invite to be resent.
Please also make sure the email@example.com email address is not being blocked by your email provider.
If you are a brand new customer that has never purchased before, you can visit the ‘Create Account’ tab on the menu and follow the instructions there.
Any customers that have activated their account or created a new account can use the ‘log in’ tab on the menu.
You can checkout as a guest if you prefer however please keep in mind this will not allow you to log in and see any past order details.
FAQ for ZIN MEMBERS
All ZIN members in good standing are entitled to a 20% discount from Zumbashop Australia. Your details with us at zumbashop.com.au need to be the same as your details on zumba.com for your credentials to be recognised and the discount to be applied. This includes your email address and password. If you change one you need to change the other. You also need to be a ZIN in good standing with zumba.com in order to get your ZIN discount with us. Our website 'talks' to the US site to confirm all of your details prior to allocating the discount.
So how can I change my details?
To change your email address please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the old email address as well as the new email address and your full name.
To change your password you can click ‘forgot your password’ on the log in page and this will send you an email to reset your password.
How can I check and register my ZIN status on your website once my account is active?
Checking & registering your ZIN status is easy! Just head to the ZIN tab on the menu bar and select ‘Check ZIN Status’ from the drop down box. Enter your details here. If they match those held on zumba.com and you are a ZIN member in good standing, your discount will be applied to your account. If they do not match you will have to make the necessary changes and then come back and check the status again.
So how will I know if my registration has been successful?
You will know that your registration has been successful by seeing ‘Membership Level – ZIN’ in your account details, the product prices on each item will reflect the discount and you will have access to the ZIN Shop for instructor only apparel.
What if I’m still having problems?
If you still can't get your ZIN discount to work, send an email to email@example.com with your full details and as much information as you can provide about the problem you are having.
