We understand you must be very eager to receive your order. Your shipment is usually dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order during working days. Please allow 2 -3 working days for delivery.
IF YOU CHOOSE ATL (AUTHORITY TO LEAVE) Zumbashop cannot be responsible for any loss or theft.
ZumbaShop will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner.
Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday - Friday).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your orders has been dispatched.
However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original postal fee charged to you by ZumbaShop. If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email.
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent by courier.
Free Shipping when you spend over $150.00AUD
ZUMBASHOP customers will receive free shipping on all online orders over $150AUD when they login with their member details at the checkout. This exclusive offer is available to all our customers and ZIN members. ZIN members will receive free shipping to orders over $150 after ZIN discount. This offer is only for orders within Australia.
International Deliveries
Countries outside australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
Postal charges for orders outside AUSTRALIA is a flat fee of $55AUD and $45AUD for NZ.
All parcel are sent via FEDEX.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.
The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Late Deliveries If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following: • Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. • If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item and dispatch it to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply.
